The hosts were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped, with tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. Convenient location with nearby bus and tram stations. Nice and affordable Italian breakfast at San Jacopino Bar.

The people who ran the hotel were very cute and helpful. Our room was quite simple but had comfortable beds. The courtyard was sheltered and pleasant, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and had a nice small square nearby with local shops and places to eat. It was also very easy to catch a bus to the city center or the Santa Maria Novella train station.

The location of this hotel is excellent, situated in a safe residential area just a short distance from the historical center of Florence. It provides easy access to the main sightseeings and the tram line, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well-maintained and offer ample storage, with a great bathroom that is clean and well-equipped. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to provide recommendations and assistance.
